Arnaud Lipkowicz
Arnaud joined Essling Capital in 2021, after serving as a Managing Director, leading from London the EMEA Private Equity co-investments, fund investments and secondary transactions practice at GCM Grosvenor. He was a member of its global investment committee. From 2007, Arnaud was a Partner in the Customized Fund Investment Group of Credit Suisse (merged into GCM in 2014), where he was a member of the global investment committee.
In 1999, Arnaud joined the AXA-AIG Private Equity funds-of-funds group in New York, and in 2002 he joined Edmond de Rothschild in London, where he co-founded the primary, secondary and co-investment Private Equity practice of the group.
Arnaud holds degrees from Science Po Paris and from the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Emmanuel Steg
Emmanuel joined Essling Capital in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, he was at CAREIT Invest. Before that, he worked in Private Equity at HLD and Aleph Capital Partners. Emmanuel started his career at Invuity, a medical company based in the United States, where he worked from 2012 to 2014.
Emmanuel graduated from Brown University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Thomas Roussel
Thomas joined Essling Capital in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, he was part of PwC Deals Graduate Programme where he worked within M&A, Transaction Services and Valuation departments, after a first experience in Private Equity at Naxicap Partners.
Thomas graduated from EDHEC Business School.
