Domnin has more than two decades of Private Equity, starting with KKR in London in 1999, at the launch of its European activities, followed by 3i plc then CVC Capital Partners, as President of CVC France.
In 2016, with Filippo Monteleone, he co-founded CAREIT Invest, a pan-European investment platform that acquired Essling Capital in 2021 after several years of joint activities.
Domnin started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1991 then held several positions at Paribas, Worms & Cie group and Salomon Brothers, notably in Asia and North America..
Domnin graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.
Filippo Monteleone
Filippo has about 30 years of investment and corporate experience, primarily in the Healthcare industry.
After 15 years at Ramsay Générale de Santé, the leading European private hospital group, where he was Deputy CEO from 2007 to 2015, Filippo created CAREIT, a Healthcare Real Estate services group, including asset & property management, in partnership with Primonial.
In 2016, with Domnin de Kerdaniel, he co-founded CAREIT Invest, a pan-European investment platform, that acquired Essling Capital in 2021, after several years of joint activities.
Filippo started his career at Worms & Cie group in 1994, where he became Head of Investment.
Filippo holds a Master of Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.

Bertrand Fesneau
Bertrand joined Essling Capital in 2018 after serving as Managing Director at Turenne Capital. In 2004, he co-founded CM-CIC LBO Partners and served as Chairman until 2014. Bertrand began his career in 1990 at 3i Group, where he was Deputy Managing Director from 1997 to 2003, in charge of LBO and Capital Development activities.
Bertrand graduated from ESSEC and from INSEAD.
Rémi Matuchansky
Rémi joined Essling Capital in 2018. Between 2004 and 2016, Rémi co-founded CM-CIC LBO Partners, where he served as Managing Director and then Chairman. From 1999 to 2001, he was COO of Tordjman Métal, part of the industrial group La Toulousaine, where he was in charge of finance. He started his career in 1994 at 3i Group.
Rémi graduated from ESCP-EAP.
Vincent Maignaut
Vincent joined Essling Capital in 2018 after serving as Director and then as Partner at Turenne Capital, in charge of the Lyon office. Vincent started his career at Eurazeo and Rothschild & Cie, before joining Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in 2004, then co-founding Altrix, an M&A advisory firm in 2009.
Vincent holds a master’s degree from Montpellier Business School.

Arnaud Lipkowicz
Arnaud joined Essling Capital in 2021, after serving as a Managing Director, leading from London the EMEA Private Equity co-investments, fund investments and secondary transactions practice at GCM Grosvenor. He was a member of its global investment committee. From 2007, Arnaud was a Partner in the Customized Fund Investment Group of Credit Suisse (merged into GCM in 2014), where he was a member of the global investment committee.
In 1999, Arnaud joined the AXA-AIG Private Equity funds-of-funds group in New York, and in 2002 he joined Edmond de Rothschild in London, where he co-founded the primary, secondary and co-investment Private Equity practice of the group.
Arnaud holds degrees from Science Po Paris and from the Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Emmanuel Steg
Emmanuel joined Essling Capital in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, he was at CAREIT Invest. Before that, he worked in Private Equity at HLD and Aleph Capital Partners. Emmanuel started his career at Invuity, a medical company based in the United States, where he worked from 2012 to 2014.
Emmanuel graduated from Brown University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Thomas joined Essling Capital in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, he was part of PwC Deals Graduate Programme where he worked within M&A, Transaction Services and Valuation departments, after a first experience in Private Equity at Naxicap Partners.

Amaury joined Essling Capital in 2024 after working for over 15 years in the private equity sector. He was previously Director at IQ-EQ (financial services for private equity). He was previously General Secretary at Ventech (venture capital) and Activa Capital (LBO) between 2001 and 2012, and at CFM (quantitative hedge fund) from 2012 to 2018.

Corentin Cessou
Corentin joined Essling Capital in 2022. From 2017 to 2022, he worked as an Audit Manager at PwC, focusing on financial services clients. Corentin started his career in 2016 the US, where he was in charge of financial and accounting for a startup, then returned to Paris as a Middle Office Administrator at Rothschild & Cie.
Corentin graduated from NEOMA Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant intern.

From 2022 to 2024, he worked in the FACE department of PwC France, specializing in the audit of listed investment funds and securitization, after initial experience in an accounting firm.
